Returns Policy

For online purchases, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase be it a gift received, or for yourself. We offer a 100% guarantee that if you are dissatisfied with the goods you have purchased, we offer an exchange or refund. We are an actual luxury lingerie boutique not just a website with big warehouse, and you can call us and speak to one of our expert fitters for any advice on products.

Items must be returned to us in their original condition - the labels must be intact, and the items unworn and unwashed. Please ensure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done. Please also note that returns on hosiery cannot be accepted if the pack has been opened.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

For items purchased from the Edinburgh boutique (not online), we offer a 14 day exchange or credit note on any unsuitable products or gifts.

Returns Period

Our return period is 14 days from when you receive the goods, and the returned item must be received by us within this time. However, the follow exception applies to allow for unwanted or ill-fitting gifts:

  • Christmas gifts ordered from November onwards may be returned up to the 15th January.
  • Valentine's gifts ordered from January onwards may be returned up to the 28th March.

Please not these dates are those by which any returns must be received by us, so please allow up to 10 working days for your goods to reach us.


Returns Information

  • If you have requested a refund, or replacement of a lower value than the returned goods, any refund due will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order.
  • If you have requested replacements of a higher value, any difference due will be charged to the card used to pay for the original order.

Please complete the return form and enclose with the returned goods. Please pack in suitable packaging, returning the parcel to:

Please allow up to ten working days for your goods to be returned to us. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage.

Please note, the following costs will not be refunded: the initial cost of postage and packaging, the gift wrap service, or the postage and packaging costs of returning the items to us.

When returning goods, please enclose a note with the return, ensuring the following information is included:

  • order number / name / address / contact telephone number / e-mail address / return reason and details of refund or replacement required;

Return of Faulty Goods

If you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty, you should return the item to us together with a note, explaining what you believe is the problem and stating the original order number. When we receive the item, we will investigate the fault and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution.


Returning a gift purchased

Gifts purchased can be returned - please refer to the return guidelines above and on the paperwork that came with the goods. However, please be aware that, as part of the returns process, the purchaser will be notified of any returns, refunds or replacements. Refunds can only be issued to the card which was used to pay for the goods. If you request replacement items of a higher value, we would need to obtain the purchaser's permission before making an additional charge to their card. Alternatively, any difference can be paid using your own card - should you wish to do this, please include clear payment instructions with the returned items.
