Returns Policy

We know shopping for lingerie online is hard, sizes and fits can vary between brands and styles which doesn't make things easy.

For any pre-sales enquiries, you can talk to our trained fitters with first hand knowlege of our ranges, but we understand that sometimes things dont fit and we want to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible.

Online Returns

We want you to be completly satisfied with anything you buy from us at Boudiche - if you are unhappy for any reason we'll offer an exchange or refund. Items must be returned to us in original condition - labels intact and the item unworn and unwashed. Please ensure any briefs, thongs or swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items where it is apparent this has not be done. We can also not accept returns on hosiery when the pack has been opened. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Period

Our return period is 14 days from when you receive your purchase - the returned item must be received within this time. It is recommended that you leave up to 5 days for returns to reach us.

Returns Information

To request a return, please call us on 0845 475 0250 or email webenquiry@boudiche.com and we'll be able to send you a returns form. This helps us keep track of your items when they reach us and process you return as quickly as possible. On this form, you can let us know if you would like an exchange to a different size or product or if you'd like us to refund the order. Unfortunately we are unable to refund postage and packaging costs or any gift wrapping or boxes purchased.

Faulty Items

While we make every effory to check all items before despatch, if you believe your purchase to be faulty please contact us on 0845 475 0250 or webenquiry@boudiche.com and we'll rectify the problem and quickly as possible. Any faulty items can be fully refunded (including any original postage charges) or exchanged - in both cases we'll also cover return postage costs.

Boutique Purchases

For items purchased from our Edinburgh or Glasgow boutiques (not online), we offer a 14 day exchange or credit note on any unsuitable items.
